HÖRMANN Automotive

HÖRMANN Automotive is a supplier of metallic components, modules and systems for the European commercial vehicle, construction and agricultural machinery industries. We develop, produce and assemble components for the vehicle industry. HÖRMANN Automotive is divided into three strategic business areas: Truck, Off-Road and E-Mobility.

HÖRMANN Communication

HÖRMANN Communication is a provider of professional hardware and software concepts for system-relevant communication, information and safety systems for railways and public transport companies, visual and acoustic display and information systems and is active in the field of warning systems with the development and production of electronic sirens with associated control centre technology.

HÖRMANN Intralogistics

HÖRMANN Intralogistics is a provider of sustainable, service-orientated and sophisticated system solutions for automation in warehouse, distribution and production logistics. Fully automated high-bay and small parts warehouses, state-of-the-art robotics, patented conveyor technology and our modular warehouse management system HiLIS guarantee a highly efficient material flow system from a single source.

HÖRMANN Engineering

HÖRMANN Engineering stands for cross-industry, forward-looking concepts for technologically leading engineering services in the fields of rail, road and special vehicles, in the area of factory planning through to turnkey factories and in the development and production of detectors for measuring ionising radiation. HÖRMANN Engineering also stands for general planning services in construction, building planning and detailed solutions.

As a technology company, we network our knowledge and pool our expertise in four future-oriented technology sectors. Together with our customers, we give new impetus to the market. Meine Einschätzung für den AG HWS
-Der erste Arbeitstag lief sehr gut, Handy, Laptop und Auto waren vorbereitet und direkt verfügbar. -Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist sowohl im Büro als auch unter den Kollegen auf Montage soweit ganz gut, bis auf einige kleinere Unstimmigkeiten. -Work-Life-Balance, großes Thema. 4Tage die woche auf Montage, zum Teil über 10-12h (inkl. An- und Abfahrt). Teils auch Freitags auf Montage, wenn in der Planung was schief gelaufen ist. Da kommt man in der woche schon mal auf 50h+. Pluspunkt, bezahlte Überstunden, Minuspunkt, Überstunden. -Auftragsabwicklungen übers Handy oder in Papierformat sind meiner Meinung nach out of Time. Es wird Zeit das jeder Monteur ein Tablat für die Aufträge bekommt, auf diesen können die Aufträge auch von den Kunden unterschrieben werden. Alles in Allem bin ich dennoch sehr zufrieden bei HWS und kann mich nicht beschweren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen. :)

Angenehme Atmosphäre & professionelle Abläufe
Vom ersten Telefonat bis hin zum eigentlichen Vorstellungsgespräch verliefen die Prozesse sehr zuverlässig und prompt, auch durch die gut eingesetzten automatisierten E-Mails, die bis zur Erinnerung an das Vorstellungsgespräch eingesetzt werden. Absolut professionell. Auf Rückfragen gab es auch immer sofort eine Rückmeldung, ebenso zu den weiteren Schritten (Terminvereinbarung etc.). Sehr angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre bis zum Vorstellungsgespräch. Man hat sich viel Zeit genommen und ausführlich über alles gesprochen. Danke dafür, das ist leider nicht immer selbstverständlich.

Management Trainee (m/w/d) – HÖRMANN Gruppe
Tatsächlich habe ich überhaupt keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Die Reaktionszeit nach Abschicken meiner Bewerbung war sehr kurz. Die Terminvereinbarung unkompliziert und pragmatisch. Das Gespräch selbst war herausfordernd, aber sehr wertschätzend gegenüber meinem Werdegang und meiner Person. Auch fühlte ich mich zu Beginn gut "abgeholt", wie das Gespräch strukturiert werden würde und auch gegen Ende wurden mir transparent die nächsten Schritte aufgezeigt.

While the company already provides valuable experiences, offering more structured training programs would be beneficial. What entry opportunities are there at HÖRMANN?

Either you search directly for entry-level jobs in our job portal or you jump straight into the job as a graduate of a commercial or technical master's degree with at least two years of professional experience - with the JUMP trainee program. Internships or a final thesis at the HÖRMANN Group are also popular ways to get started.

How do I apply?

Online! Based on the specific open position, various questions are asked in the application form. If you answer these, you can do without a cover letter. Furthermore, your meaningful resume and the documents relevant to your professional career to date, such as copies of certificates or certificates, are of central importance for our first assessment and selection.

What does the application process look like?

Our recruiting team strives to thoroughly review each application received and match it with the requirements of the open position. As a rule, you can expect a response from us within a maximum of 2 weeks. An initial introduction usually takes place online. One of our recruiters will give you an overview of the Hörmann Group and the task that awaits you, and will answer all your questions. If we have convinced you and you us, further rounds of discussions follow online or on site depending on the task and company within the specialist departments. Your already known recruiter usually accompanies you in this process. Ideally, these discussions will then lead to contract negotiations.

What can I expect in the job interviews?

You can expect open and honest conversations at eye level in a pleasant atmosphere.

Can I also work remotely or hybrid at HÖRMANN?

As diverse as we are, we cannot give you a blanket answer to this question. Each company has its own home office policy, which the recruiters will be happy to discuss with you during the initial interview.

What does the onboarding at HÖRMANN look like?

How exactly you are introduced to your new tasks depends on the respective company and the position. In principle, we want to make it as easy as possible for you in the beginning. From experience, we know: The best way to start is "on the job". We involve you in exciting projects right away, because we trust you a lot. Support from experienced colleagues is always included.
