As part of the HÖRMANN Group, HÖRMANN Intralogistics has been a general contractor and expert for automated warehouse solutions and accompanying services since 1987.
With state-of-the-art robotics, conveyor technology and our flexible warehouse management system, we offer efficient material flow systems from a single source. Our locations in different countries guarantee personal customer care, reliability, quality and comprehensive service.
Moving forward together, learning from each other and mutual support in a family environment are part of the recipe for success. What we do inspires us – and enthusiasm is contagious.
Sales at HÖRMANNHave you already sold intralogistics projects when others were still poring over product catalogs? Trade fairs are not a compulsory event for you, but a hunting ground? Your workplace is with the customer instead of in the office? Do you know the market of southern Poland better than your hometown? Then you've come to the right place!
As a Sales Manager, you will be our door opener on international markets. You'll build customer relationships, showcase our solutions, and get deals across the finish line – from initial contact to signing.
Your role in the team- Customer scout: You identify potential customers and build relationships – whether at trade fairs, industry events or through targeted acquisition. Cold calling? For you, it's more of a sport than a duty.
- Market Radar: You have your eyes open for trends, competitors and new opportunities. Your analyses flow directly into our sales strategy – so that we are always one step ahead.
- Presentation professional: You present our concepts and solutions in such a way that customers not only understand what we do, but also the added value our automation, material flow and software solutions create for their processes. Beamer on, stage clear.
- Workshop Maestro: You prepare and conduct sales talks. In addition, there are workshops with interested parties in which you analyze customer requirements and develop suitable autobalization and material drainage concepts together with our departments. Not a PowerPoint battle, but real added value.
- Process Owner: From lead evaluation to contract closing, you'll be in control of the entire sales process. Every step is perfect, nothing falls through the cracks.
- Team captain: You coordinate internal departments and external partners and ensure that all parties involved work together successfully.
- Negotiation virtuoso: Award talks and contract negotiations are your stage. You know when to press, when to give way – and when to hand over the pen.
- Education: You have completed a degree in technical or business administration. Or you have an apprenticeship with subsequent further training in your pocket – the main thing is that you know what you're talking about.
- Professional experience: You have in-depth sales experience, ideally in the sale of complex intralogistics systems. You know the challenges of our customers – because you have solved them many times before.
- Understanding of logistics: You understand logistical processes, material flows and automation processes so well that you not only pick up on customer requirements, but also have the right solution in mind and translate it into tailor-made solutions with our experts.
- Communication talent: You can talk, negotiate and persuade. You build long-term customer relationships because people want to work with you – not because they have to.
- Social skills: Very good knowledge of Polish and English and/or German is mandatory in order to shine in our international environment, another language for the region is an advantage. In addition, a high willingness to travel - your suitcase is almost always half packed.
- Polish playground: international markets, exciting customers, varied projects. Boredom? Not in this job.
- Design freedom: You are not a cog in the machine, but the engine. Your influence on the company's success is direct and noticeable.
- Team spirit despite traveling: Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes and a team that sticks together – even if you're on the other side of the world.
- Continuing education 2.0: Whether in the "Hörmann Academy" or through external training – we invest in your skills. So that you are always one deal ahead.
